International Literacy Day, celebrated annually on this day, is used to raise awareness about global literacy needs. In a world where at least 750 million adults are illiterate, we need to do more to help people develop their skills.

Learning Cubed has spent the last 14 years educating and training people in various communications programs in an effort to increase the literacy rate in South Africa. We are proud to have made a difference in the lives of our learners by giving them the literacy skills needed to complete their learnerships and qualifications and unlock their full potential.

“Literacy is a bridge from misery to hope. It is a tool for daily life in modern society. It is a bulwark against poverty, and a building block of development, an essential complement to investments in roads, dams, clinics and factories.” – Kofi Annan.
