Our diagnostic assessment will determine a learner’s readiness to embark on a specific level of training. Very often, a learner falls short of the required entry level in mathematics and/or communication for a specific NQF level. For example, if an NQF3 Learnership is the required qualification, the diagnostic might indicate that the learner does not have the maths and/or communication skills at the necessary NQF2 level. In such a case, we would recommend a bridging course in maths and/or communication before embarking on the NQF 3 learnership. Without the bridging course, the learner’s chances of success are slim.
Our bridging courses offer a quick and effective way of ‘bridging the gap’ and we have an outstanding record of success in raising learners’ literacy and numeracy with minimum disruption to production.
