Today we feature Nadine Isaacs, a past learner who now works for our parent company Optimum Learning Technologies!

Nadine completed her NQF3 Packaging Learnership at ABInBev Chamdor and while there, her contact with Optimum made her realize that she enjoys the industry, but in a different role. She started out in an administration position, and now helps run her own learnership groups as a Project Coordinator, where she enjoys assisting her learners to overcome any difficulties they might experience. She enjoys reading and gardening in her spare time and still continues to learn, even starting another learnership in Personal Leadership.

She sees education as a chance for constant growth and development and wants to use her knowledge and skills to become a facilitator in the future. Her piece of advice for current and future learners is, “No matter where you are, you will experience difficulties. Don’t let anything stand in your way and don’t give up”.
