And our Learner of the Month for April goes to… Avela Ntsinjana and Lucia Moloi, both from ABInBev’s Rosslyn site.
Avela worked in different fields from education to service until she decided to study electrical engineering and successfully apply for this learnership. She was an attentive and responsive learner with an inquisitive mind who took a leading role in classroom activities.
Lucia completed a 3-year electrical apprenticeship program among other courses including critical thinking and end-user computing. She applied for this learnership to learn shop floor management and material processing. Lucia was a dedicated student who went above and beyond what was required of her. Her extra effort led to work of an excellent quality.
It’s not very often that we have two individuals who stand out like Avela and Lucia, but with the feedback from our facilitator, we feel it only appropriate to give both learners the recognition that their efforts deserve. Well done ladies!
