Our facilitator Gail was at SAB’s Newlands site last week taking a group of vibrant and energetic learners through the Fundamentals of the NQF3 Packaging Learnership.
While this group struggled with time management at the start and found some parts of the material difficult, they rallied their energy, worked hard and kept positive attitudes, with everyone in the group managing to achieve competency through their efforts and Gail’s excellent expertise. Their orals proved to be the most interesting part of the week, and great discussions were held around the various topics presented.
Overall, this group has the ability to go far providing that they keep channeling their energies in the right direction and work hard throughout the rest of their learnership. We wish them all the best going forward!
