And the learner of the month for April 2017 goes to… Sehira Maleka from SAB Alrode!
Sehira completed the Fundamentals of her NQF3 packaging learnership under Carli’s facilitation. She was a great learner due to her unwavering dedication and high standard of work. Sehira was appreciative of the opportunity to study further and earn her qualification and this showed throughout the week.
She was always happy to participate in class discussions and spoke her mind. She was not afraid to ask questions if she struggled with the work and completed extra activities to ensure she was completely competent. Sehira was also willing and able to assist other learners who struggled with certain sections.
Her attitude and results from the week all speak to her positive outlook on life and we wish her all the best for the rest of her Learnership.
