Our facilitator Carli ran a successful course with a small group of learners from SAB Polokwane who are completing their NQF3 Packaging Learnership.
They were all attentive, eager to learn and hard-working and this positive work ethic showed in the high standard of their work.
Even more outstanding was the teamwork shown by these learners; helping out one another when a concept was difficult for someone to understand. This great attitude displayed by them is a reminder that by working together we can achieve more and accomplish our goals.
Lou Holtz, an American football coach, said:
“Ability is what you’re capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.”
These learners have the ability, are extremely motivated and have a great attitude towards their work. We wish them all the best for the remainder of their learnership and the year ahead.
