The reason our staff are so happy is because we employ people who are passionate about what we do. We believe that you don’t need a lot of people to make a difference – a few great people can create change. We think our team is great, and they certainly enjoy making a difference in the lives of our adult learners.

Linda Schoeman

Linda Schoeman_2014Linda is passionate about adult education and loves seeing the difference that our courses make to the lives of our learners. In her role as Managing Director, Linda’s passion, expertise and vision have nurtured and grown Learning Cubed for over a decade into the thriving business it is today. Linda graduated from the University of Natal with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Mathematics and Psychology and went on to establish a career in teaching. After twenty years’ experience teaching mathematics at high school level, Linda was ready to move on to new challenges. Having long been concerned about the inequalities in the education system, she was inspired to use her vast teaching experience to help up-skill adults in their workplace – a decision that has turned out to be exceedingly fulfilling. In addition to her leadership role, Linda is actively involved in the everyday running of the business and oversees the project management and material development of our courses. Her love of teaching ensures that she facilitates whenever she is able to.
